Russ is a Licensed Massage Therapist and a Certified Personal Trainer at Premier Fitness/Premier Wellness Since 2016, where he has helped dozens of clients reach their fitness and nutrition goals. He has also been doing one-on-one personal training since 2003; In this time, he has led many small groups and boot camp training sessions.
Russ offers a wide range of services at Premier Fitness to ensure his clients see their full potential, which include, one-on-one personal training, massage therapy, competition prep, powerlifting and nutritional counseling.

Reece Schiffman
Personal Trainer
Reece Schiffman is a Personal Trainer at Premier Fitness who is currently working towards her Personal Training Certification with a passion for helping clients build strength, confidence, and sustainable results. She specializes in beginner coaching and muscle-building programs tailored to individuals at any stage of their fitness journey. After experiencing how profound the gym has transformed her own lifestyle, Reece is dedicated to helping others unlock their potential, move with purpose, and achieve goals they once thought were out of reach.

Premier Fitness Rockford is conveniently located on N. Perryville road, just across from Woodman’s Market.
Hours and Appointments
Personal Training with Flexibility: Personal training sessions are offered by appointment only. We are open six days a week and have flexible schedules. All appointments are scheduled directly with your trainer.
Hours are available Monday – Thursday 8-11am and 3-7pm, on Fridays and Saturdays from 8-11am. We are closed on Sundays.
